To compete in a Preliminary Qualifying Contest, all teams are required to submit an application using this form.

 

After submitting your application, our staff will review your information and will respond by e-mail within 48 business hours.  Please check your e-mail accordingly, as your application does not confirm your participation in an event.

 

Interested teams may apply to compete in an unlimited number of events in as many divisions as they wish.
